Spaghetti a la Calabrese

When hunger strikes and your cupboard is bare, call this recipe in for back-up. You can always keep these simple ingredients on hand for a fast and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese

Methods/steps

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Immediately place pasta in a large bowl and mix in butter, garlic and cheese. After butter has completely melted, serve.
