Indian Tacos
I can't take credit for this recipe, I was so fortunate for my neighbor Nita Collie to bring Carol and I some of her Squaw Bread over for us to try. It was her recipes that she also passed on to us. Thanks, Nita.
Make chili, pour over Squaw Bread. Cut up lettuce, tomatoes and onions
(Nita says, "I drizzle a little oil & vinegar over this") Spread over chili and top
with shredded cheese.
Steve's Note:
My daughter Jenna says, that you need to roll the dough out thin to make the "tortilla" for the Indian tacos.
